2 February 2025We are proud to announce that our esteemed Life Member, Mr. Mahinda Seneviratne, as everyone called him at the club “Loku Ayya”, has been appointed as the new Patron of Panadura Sports Club. A stalwart of Panadura cricket, Mr. Seneviratne has been a pillar of our club for decades, having served in multiple leadership roles, including the Former Captain of the Division A Cricket Team of the Club, Former President of the Club in 1986-1990, 1994-1998, and 2003-2004, also the Former President of the Association of Cricket Umpires Sri Lanka in 1996.
His decades of dedication to cricket and our club make him the perfect torchbearer for this role. We look forward to his guidance as we continue to build on our proud heritage. Congratulations, Mr. Seneviratne! 🎉
